Deposits

  • How much is the deposit? $300 toward the total cost of your puppy.

  • Are your deposits refundable? No. We do not refund deposits unless it is our fault and we are not able to provide you with a suitable puppy.

  • How do you accept deposits? We most frequently use PayPal, Venmo or ApplePay, or CashApp as these seem to be this most flexible options for most families. We do ask, however, if you use the goods and services option that your family add $15 to cover the 3% fee.

I sent my deposit, now what?

  • Awesome! We are glad to have you in the Sunny Meadows family! Now that you have your deposit down, all you have to do for a while is wait for weekly updates. We typically pick one day a week to do pictures and updates.

  • Pick/Go home Day This is such a fun exciting time for our families to come and meet our puppies! It’s play time! Sit in the floor, play, take all the pictures and videos you want, and get to know our precious puppies so that you can choose the puppy that will become your new family member! We ask on these days that you refrain from visiting places that could bring any sickness with you (dog parks, pet stores, the vet's office). We may also ask you to take off your shoes before you come in (we don't think you're dirty, we are just super cautious with our precious pups and want to keep them well for everyone’s sake!) For our families who aren't local we can FaceTime, send pictures, and/or videos to help you choose your puppy on pick day! Pick day will be after the puppies are 4 weeks old. We will set our schedule for the day to start with our first pick family and go down the list allowing each family an hour to choose their puppies before the next family arrives.

I'm not local, how do I get my puppy?

  • We offer Delivery or Meeting Halfway. We do charge a reasonable fee for this service based on distance. If we have more than one family on route to you, we make every effort to decrease costs to you, when possible. Our main objective is to get your puppy to you with as little stress and delay as possible! If you have a preference for a transport company, we can discuss this on a case-by-case basis. However, our goal is the safety and security of your new puppy in every situation.

All adoptions include:

  • Up-to-date deworming and vaccinations

  • Starter bag of puppy food and treats

  • Blanket with the scent of their siblings and mom

  • Puppy toy

  • Daily socialization! We begin teaching your puppy their name (if you share it with us), and introduce basic commands like “sit” and “shake.” We also start potty training outside (no pee pads). While they won’t be fully house-trained, we give them a great head start!

We love our puppies dearly and are excited to help them find their forever homes!
